Community Engagement Team
Community Engagement Team are a group of credible messengers, therapists, social workers, retired Law Enforcement and educators working to bridge the gap between law enforcement, school safety and the youth. This team focuses on the youth who are at higher risks of failing academically, falling behind due to attendance, or are at a higher risk of behavioral or social issues on school campuses. The team aims to help change the students behaviors through mentoring, evidence based workshops and supporting them in their decision making.
Bridging the Gap
We work alongside School Safety to assist them in making sure the stairways, escalators, bathrooms are cleared and teens aren't just hanging out. While doing this we are building relationships with the youth!
It takes a village
We work alongside school faculty and staff to ensure we are helping to PREVENT and not REACT to potential conflict or violence.

It's not just "patrolling" it's ENGAGING!! We get to know the kids, their problems, their mindsets and slowly start to elevate them to where we know they are DESTINED to be!!!

We provide Safe passage not just to the youth, but to the staff, adults and community members! It's important that EVERYONE has a safe passage to and from home, and we can help create that!
